Can Garuda Linux handle high-refresh-rate monitors (120Hz+) on AMD GPUs?

I’m considering switching to Garuda Linux, but I’m using a high-refresh-rate monitor (120Hz+) with an AMD GPU. Has anyone had experience with this setup? Does Garuda Linux handle high-refresh-rate monitors well, and are there any specific configurations needed?
