FOSS Linux Community may terminate or suspend any and all Services and/or your FOSS Linux Community account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

FOSS Linux Community reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

The forum is provided “as is”. FOSS Linux Community and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
